• Competitive Marketing Analysis - I will provide you with information on the price of houses, similar to yours, which have already sold and are currently for sale. This will enable us to price your property properly to ensure a prompt sale at the best possible price.
   

• Sellers Net Sheet - Not only will I let you know what monies you should be able to pocket given sale price we select, but I will, with any offer, work out specific figures to show you approximately how much you will net.
   

• Yard Sign - Our sign with the award‑winning Mackintosh Logo will be place in your front yard to serve as 24-hour advertisement of the availability of your home.
   

• House Preview - During this week, I will arrange for other members of the Mackintosh sales team to preview your home. Mackintosh is a growing firm with agents experienced in all aspects of real estate sales.
   

• Special Features - Along with the house preview, I will personally promote the special features of your house with fellow members of the Mackintosh team, as well as informing other brokers.
   

• Multiple Listing Service - I will add your property listing to the applicable Multiple Listing Services which are available to my Mackintosh office. There are additional fees involved for me for this service as well as additional time.
   

• Referral Program - Mackintosh is a member of the RELO/Inter‑City Relocation Service, Inc. which offers out-of-state and corporate relocation exposure for your property in additional to local exposure.
   

• Word of Mouth Promotion - Within the first week, I will personally inform at least ten of your neighbors that your house is on the market so that they may have first selection of their new neighbor.
   

• Newspaper Advertising - Readers in Frederick, Carroll, Montgomery and Howard Counties have become familiar with the Mackintosh reputation and logo and look for the good buys under the sign of the big, red apple. 
   

• Managerial Expertise and Support - Mackintosh believes in staffing their offices with managers who have extensive experience and expertise in the real estate business. These managers are always on‑call to assist agents and sellers.
   

• Voice Mail Service - If you cannot reach me and have an urgent message, you may leave this message in my voice mailbox, which I can access from any place and do so frequently.
   

• 24-Hour Inquiry Services - Our office phones are manned by Realtor professionals 24 hours a day.
   

• Opportunity Time Agents - Our Sales Associates have been trained to handle incoming inquiry calls to better serve our clients. They have first hand knowledge about your property.
   

• Full Time Office Staff - Our staff has been trained to handle incoming calls professionally so our customer and clients are directed to the appropriate person.
   

• I Will Return Your Phone Calls - When you call, I will return your call every time as promptly as possible.
